Awareness, understanding and implementing strategies
such as mindfulness, journaling & yoga therapy to overcome stress,depression & anxiety
(max 6 per)
Safety Beach, starting 23 April, 2018 4pm - 5pm
4 weeks $99
There will be an ongoing class of yoga therapy for teenagers who have
completed Project H
this will be Tuesdays 4.15pm - 5.15pm in Mornington
6 week program $100.
