Program Contents
Unit 1 - Mind Over Matter
Soul Collective Program
Begin building the foundations for lasting emotional healing and personal growth by understanding how your mind shapes your experience of life. In this unit, you’ll explore the conscious and subconscious mind, perception, integration, and the patterns that influence the way you think, feel, and respond.
Unit 2 - Your Emotional Landscape
Develop a healthier relationship with your emotions by learning what emotions are, why they arise, and how to move through them safely and compassionately. You’ll gain practical tools to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and emotional resilience.
Unit 3 - There is a reason why we do what we do
Gain a deeper understanding of the hidden needs, behaviours, and emotional patterns that drive your responses and coping strategies. This unit will support you in replacing self-judgement with greater compassion, awareness, and understanding of yourself.
Unit 4 - The impact when things go wrong
Explore the impact trauma and difficult life experiences can have on the nervous system, relationships, emotional safety, and sense of self. Through a trauma-informed lens, you’ll begin learning how to reconnect with your body, build internal safety, and move towards greater wholeness and regulation.
Unit 5 - You are your own agent
Learn how to develop a healthier sense of personal responsibility, agency, and self-trust without falling into blame or self-abandonment. This unit will help you build healthier boundaries, improve discernment, and navigate relationships from a more empowered place.
Unit 6 - Connection and Attunement
Discover how your early attachment experiences and family dynamics may still influence the way you relate to yourself and others today. You’ll begin understanding your relational needs more deeply while learning what healthy connection, attunement, and emotional safety can look and feel like.
Unit 7 - What you believe creates what you perceive
Explore how your beliefs shape your perceptions, emotional responses, behaviours, and experiences of the world around you. This unit will support you in identifying limiting patterns while creating greater awareness, flexibility, and self-understanding.
Unit 8 - Feminine/Mother Wound
Deepen your understanding of feminine energy, nurturance, self-worth, and the impact of the maternal relationship on your emotional world. Through compassionate reflection and healing practices, you’ll begin uncovering and healing the wounds connected to feeling unseen, unsupported, or emotionally unmet.
Unit 9 - Masculine/Father Wound
Explore your relationship with masculine energy, including themes of safety, structure, protection, boundaries, and support. This unit will help you uncover how paternal experiences may still influence your confidence, relationships, emotional safety, and sense of self.
Unit 10 - NEW UNIT - Relationships
Learn healthier ways of relating that allow for both connection and authenticity without abandoning yourself in the process. You’ll explore communication, conflict, repair, and the balance between honouring your own needs while staying connected to others.
Unit 11 - 13 - Integrating Emotions (Courage to Shame)
Journey through the emotional spectrum and begin understanding the purpose and wisdom within each emotional state. These units are designed to help you safely process emotions, expand nervous system capacity, and build a deeper sense of emotional safety within yourself.
Unit 14 - 17 - Alchemy of the Soul - Group Workshop
Explore the coping strategies and protective patterns you may have developed in response to stress, pain, or unmet emotional needs. Through guided group work and practical exercises, you’ll begin transforming old survival patterns into healthier and more supportive ways of navigating life.
Unit 18 - Closing and Integration
We finally come to a close after 8 months of coming together. During the last Unit we will reflect on the growth, healing, and transformation that has taken place throughout your journey in the Soul Collective. This closing session creates space to celebrate your courage, recognise meaningful patterns and synchronicities, and honour the progress you’ve made along the way.

"The Soul Collective is a powerful program to learn about yourself and your emotions on a deeper level. It's a non judgemental space to be seen and witnessed and loved through the good and the bad. It is in depth and expansive and really allows you to look at your life with a fine tooth comb and assess what needs to be changed to make a better life for yourself. Without awareness you can repeat patterns (unconscious behaviours) without even knowing it be the cause of the 'problems' in your life so being able to shine a light on them gives you the option to make a different choice so that you can get a better outcome. Lauren's capacity to hold space so that you can do this work is incredible. She offers the information and loving awareness for you to come to your own conclusions and make your own discoveries. Its non invasive and gentle but potent and I would recommend this container to anyone who wants to take a deep look into their psyche and emotional patterns."

"The Soul Collective provided a safe space for me to be able to learn how to uncover, discover and unlearn my current beliefs/thoughts/behaviours. This was all done in a safe supportive space. I learnt so much about what my emotions were trying to tell me, what my needs & wants were and how to try on other perspectives. I can clearly see now that all experiences are happening for me to grow and develop my awareness. I have less anger and frustration however, when I do feel these emotions come up, I am able to self validate, soothe and have the skills to navigate the process. I no longer self abandon and push the feelings away, because I understand what is happening within myself and feel safe to be with the emotions and know it does not mean anything is wrong with me."

"My experience with soul collective was so comforting and humbling. I enjoyed the opening and closing meditations and the support and patience I received from Lauren and the group. I learnt how to integrate more of what I knew and learnt more along the way. I gained a sense of security within myself because I was able to understand more of coping mechanisms.
If you’re looking for a container of woman who are on the same journey of wanting to understand emotional intelligence within themselves, which then pours out onto others. I would highly recommended joining because Lauren is nurturing, understanding, intelligent and hilarious! I looked forward to each weekly session and am sad it’s over. Don’t think, just join!"
